Brew Review – Flamingo Soup by Two Frogs Brewing

I understand that with a name like this, you’re supposed to think some sort of fruity, maybe even ice cream-like concoction, but honestly my mind went for some sort of boiled waterfowl roasted together with various additions to help with the gaminess.

I also did not realize that Two Frogs Brewing in Tarpon Springs had quite a good sour game. As my wife is starting to get into sours, Flamingo Soup (Sour, 5.2% ABV) is what caught her eye and we both greatly enjoyed it.
